Quinta do Lago has been recognised as one of the world’s leading golf resorts after being hailed as ‘Europe’s Best Golf Venue’ at the 2015 World Golf Awards which were held recently at the Conrad Algarve.
The new accolade continues the resort’s ongoing success after it won two awards at the inaugural World Golf Awards last year and was also named ‘Best Golf Resort in Portugal’ at the 2015 Today’s Golfer Travel Awards for the first time in its history.

Some of golf‘s most famous names including legendary commentator Peter Alliss joined leading industry figures for the glittering ceremony at the Conrad where Quinta do Lago also had the chance to showcase its world-class facilities including the North Course – voted ‘Europe’s Best New Course’ at the 2014 awards ceremony.
Quinta do Lago plans further investment in 2016 and John Dwyer also explained how these are “very exciting times in a new era for the resort” while adding that he is excited about “the further enhancement of Quinta do Lago’s reputation as Europe’s most exclusive resort.”
