Twenty different ways to dine. All in one place. At Pine Cliffs Resort, the wealth of culinary options is an invitation to taste the world on a plate.

From traditional Algarve cuisine to flavours from around the globe, from the freshness of Atlantic fish and seafood to the finest cuts of meat expertly grilled, from the authenticity of local ingredients to contemporary sophistication, every moment is to be savoured to the fullest.

Mimo Café

Set in a privileged clifftop location overlooking Praia da Falésia, where gastronomy meets unique experiences such as the resort’s iconic nine-hole golf course, Pine Cliffs Resort opens the door to some of the most surprising and authentic flavours.

Here, we discover the best of local culture, with fresh produce from the Algarve coast (by the sea at Maré, or in the resort’s iconic gardens, at O Pescador) and travel the world, from the flavours of Italy (Portofino by Mimo) to India (Rohini) and Japan (Yakuza by Olivier da Costa).

XXL by Olivier

The offering has been designed to satisfy the most diverse appetites: from families with children to couples in love, from health-conscious diners to the most discerning palates. And at any time of day.

The day begins at Jardim Colonial, with a breakfast buffet and a live cooking station that will delight the whole family.

O’Grill

Zest offers healthy and nutritious options: a colourful array of vitamin shots, cold-pressed juices, delicious snacks, salads and gluten-free desserts.

At lunchtime, discover Corda Café with its foolproof international menu, O’Grill serving Mediterranean-inspired cuisine, or enjoy an authentic smash burger from the resort’s most tempting food truck, Burgler.

Piri Piri Steakhouse

Among the resort’s unmissable classics, Piri Piri Steakhouse serves a selection of superbly grilled meats from around the world, along with other delicious specialities such as homemade oxtail croquettes, smoked scallops and the perfect beef tartare.

O Pescador offers an authentic taste of Algarve cuisine in a never-ending journey of discovery through wonderfully prepared local flavours: from Ria Formosa oysters to the freshest catch of the day, from the succulent seafood rice to traditional Cataplana. Not to be missed.

Mimo Café

Among the new entries on the menu, Mimo Café authentically celebrates the quintessentially Portuguese ritual of coffee and pastel de nata (custard tart), complemented by a selection of pastries, salads and sandwiches, and premium teas.

O Pescador

And XXL by Olivier, the resort’s most recent gastronomic experience, with unmistakable signature of the iconic chef, poised to reinvent the classics: from steak frites to picanha with truffle pasta, and from escargots to entrecôte. An unforgettable culinary journey.

In a gastronomic landscape crafted with meticulous attention to detail, tradition and modernity coexist in harmony. All the ingredients are in place for what promises to be a delicious summer.
