Oysters, bubbles and wine – a celebration of authentic Portuguese flavours and fine wines

The Clubhouse Restaurant at the iconic Old Course, in Vilamoura, will host two exceptional culinary experiences every Friday and Saturday throughout October.
A sophisticated fusion of flavours, the restaurant will combine the authenticity of Portuguese produce with convivial dining. It’s an invitation to explore Portugal as a premier wine destination while enjoying an immersive culinary experience in the heart of Vilamoura.
Guests will discover the true essence of Portugal through the Wine & Dine experience, featuring carefully selected wines paired with a specially crafted menu to create the perfect harmony of flavour. Each event will spotlight a distinguished wine producer, offering a journey through local, regional, and national wines.

On Fridays, from 6pm to 8pm, the Clubhouse will present Oysters & Bubbles – featuring fresh oysters from the Ria Formosa served with sparkling wine or champagne, accompanied by live jazz. Two options will be available: three oysters with a flute of champagne for €15, or five oysters with two flutes of champagne for €25.
Saturdays will be dedicated to Wine & Dine – a gastronomic celebration of the finest Portuguese wines. Guest producers will present an exclusive selection of their vintages, carefully paired with menus designed by the Old Course Clubhouse team to highlight local, regional, and national flavours – a true tribute to the land and to Portugal’s rich wine tradition. The event is priced at €120 per person.
