Serafim Carvalho won the the 2015 President’s Cup, with 40 points, held at the Oceânico Victoria course on August 30. Several guests attended including Carlos Costa, president of the Bank of Portugal, João Silva from the Algarve customs and finance department and Carlos Rocha, Portugal’s executive director of JJW Hotels & Resorts, who joined together with Christopher Stilwell, Oceânico Golf adminstrator and also president of Vilamoura Golf Club.
