Quinta do Lago will again host this year’s World Golf Awards. Following success at the inaugural event there is hope for more awards in 2015 including `Europe’s Best Golf Venue’ and the South Course is a contender for `Portugal’s Best Golf Course’. John Dwyer, chief executive at Quinta do Lago, said: “It was a great privilege for Quinta do Lago to play a leading role in the 1st World Golf Awards. To be involved again is a great honour.” Various other categories include Best Golf Destination, Best Golf Hotel, Best Golf Course, Best Golf Tour Operator and Best New Golf Course.
