Chef’s Table

The mesmerizing MIMO Algarve housed in the award-winning Pine Cliffs, a Luxury Collection Resort, is all set to cook up a storm in the months ahead, enough to tantalise the most demanding of palates.
Following the success of last year’s edition, the Chef’s Table, an exclusive and intimate gastronomic experience with renowned chefs from the national scene, launches a new edition, and, with that, a new, stellar culinary cast celebrating the tastiest take on Algarve.
Portuguese identity is, in fact, one of the star ingredients of Pine Cliffs Resort, and the Chef’s Table is the brainchild of local Michelin-starred chefs, where local expertise takes centre stage.
Chef André Cruz represented nature through gastronomy, whilst chef Diogo Rocha created a menu evoking the mountains and the sea, and chef Alexandre Silva offered guests reinvented traditional flavours.
The icing on the cake is chef Rui Paula, fronting a two Michelin-starred restaurant and presenting a menu where creativity is the key ingredient.
The Chef’s Table experience is a unique and exclusive dinner, held every Thursday and hosted by an in-house chef. Guests can indulge in a six-course menu, transcending the essence of the region with lovingly prepared dishes, paired with the best wines of Portugal selected by experienced sommeliers.
The must-taste experience of the season showcases authentic ingredients where the burgeoning Atlantic offering meets an iconic Mediterranean diet; a true tribute to national gastronomy, which keeps redefining and evolving.
Dinners are available for €160 per person, limited to 12 participants, where the hosting chef will prepare the dishes and join guests at the table.
